How long is this going to take?
The course is designed to fit into your busy schedule, with just one hour of live training per week, plus a course workbook and simple action steps you can fit into your daily routine.
What makes this different from other weight-loss programs?
This is the ONLY health program geared toward women over 40 with a complete mind-body approach. At this stage of our lives, there’s a lot of confusion about what to do.
